Fern Essences

"Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity." - Hippocrates

Working with First Light Fern Essences gives us the opportunity to work at clearing and cleansing our own energy field, offering a chance to release deep-seated trauma and move beyond sorrows to start anew.
Fern essences also help us maintain a healthy energy field.

New Zealand ferns have evolved over 400 million years and are powerful nature healers.

Ferns have the ability to access very deep levels of healing in the human psyche, restoring a natural sense of equilibrium by working with our energy field and at a cellular level to clear cell memory of trauma and pain regardless of the degree or age of the trauma.

In the 1920s and 1930s, a distinguished researcher at Yale University School of Medicine, Harold Saxon Burr, suggested that diseases could be detected in the energy field of the body before physical symptoms appeared. Burr was convinced that diseases could be prevented by altering the energy field. Scientists are today learning more and more about our energy field and its effects on the human body.

There are seven different fundamental traumas we can experience and most of us suffer from a combination of these. The seven native fern essences address these traumas and work on the layers of the energy field to clear them.  Our energy field perfectly reflects our state of being on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
